Clare Mactaggart

A versatile and accomplished musician, I’ve been playing the violin since childhood. Classically trained, I have 30 years of session playing behind me. I’ve worked with bands and artists including Portishead, Sam Brown, Beth Gibbons and Rustin Man, John Parish, Aldous Harding, and have credits on National Geographic and David Attenborough soundtracks for the BBC as well as various feature films. I’m based near Bristol and available for studio work, live performances and violin lessons.
